We order sushi, it wasn’t that good, we split a meal steak, scallops and shrimp they charge extra to split the meal they, they don’t give you extra rice or veggies… The place is dirty, one of the waitresses was nice the other had an attitude. We where a party 9, are bill was almost $500.00 They added a service charge. Definitely not choosing this place again

Very disappointing experience at Shogun Japanese Restaurant. The prices are extremely high for the quality of food and service provided. The sushi and other dishes did not taste fresh at all, which is unacceptable for a Japanese restaurant. On top of that, the restaurant itself feels very outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere made the dining experience uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not return or recommend this place.

My husband took us out to eat on Mother’s Day here. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The staff were so wonderful. The chef was just amazing. The whole staff was so good to my daughters and my mom. We had a waiter, Michelle I believe her name was. The lady was just so professional and sweet. She made us feel welcome 🙏. I know this is weird to say, but in the bathroom, the soap smelled very nice. It really does make a difference. I really enjoyed the music was not super low nor was it loud it was just right I could hear my kids talking to me and I could talk to my kids. I absolutely enjoyed the spacing. To me the little things really matter the most. I have no clue how I did not know about this place before. I will most definitely be coming back. This is my favorite restaurant. Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality service.

For hibachi, you will sit in a group of 6 around grill. Plan to spend at least a hour enjoy full experience 🤤 No regrets!

It is so amazing in here. Very homey and authentically Japanese decor and vibe. Love the hibachi and the private rooms. I really wish more people knew about this gem. I believe the owners are the elderly man and woman that work here, who have always made our visits super culturally interesting and educational. We were taught how to properly hold and dip sushi by the gentleman on our first visit. It was so cool! Their mixed drinks are so good and their fish is always very very fresh.
